Welcome to the next edition of Coach Dart’s tip of the week.   In last week's session, the coach discussed our new toolset called My Dartfish Sport. This product is targeted for travel teams and high school programs allowing parents to quickly capture game video, determine focused improvement areas on their athletes and teach through the linked video. In this session, the coach discusses how this toolset can automatically distribute their teams game reports and video to college programs. What program and parent does not want to get their athletes visible to college recruiting programs? 

On travel teams and high school programs subscribing to our My Dartfish product we will provide a Dartfish recruiting channel allowing the travel teams and high school programs to upload their charted games. On the receiving side, Dartfish will automatically provide private access to this Dartfish channel to our college program customers. 

Until the platform matures, we will allow travel teams and high school programs to upload raw game video for interested college programs staff to chart. The Dartfish charting team may also chart and publish some of these games.   

The examples below show the process of how college coaches and recruiting coordinators would access the recruiting channel, select an athlete and review their performance reports and linked pitch video across all their games on the channel. 

Here is how it works; the platform converts large amounts of pitch data charted and uploaded by the travel team or high school program automatically into our graphical performance reports and pitch video. Coaches will quickly see that the reports provide a deeper view into the pitcher or hitters performance than traditional statistics providing direct links to the athlete's pitch video based on the filtered reports.
